We are beyond humbled to be recognized. We are very excited to share the news that our virtual platform Zenevent by innoVia Productions is among the 11th Global Eventex Awards 2021 finalists in the Virtual Meeting Software category.

Every year Eventex Awards spotlights the top events, suppliers, and experience marketing efforts in the industry. This year, 37 countries were represented among 561 entries with virtual events, virtual technology, and hybrid events in the most popular categories. Concept

Zenevent provides a single platform for virtual meetings that encompasses all of the features that clients are looking for. By having everything in one platform, attendees easily navigate between the Zenevent sections, engaging fully in the event without leaving the site. As we are browser-based, there is nothing for users to load and no software blocks to contend with. Zenevent was designed to be highly configurable and rapidly deployable by non-developers. Our events are built by Digital Event Producers, not developers.

Creativity & Innovation

The project was innovative because we evaluated the solutions that were already out there for virtual meetings, saw what was lacking, and created our own platform. The innovation was partnering the high-tech with the white-glove service; no one was out there doing that. We are the only ones who do both. The other innovative parts are that we focused heavily on the needs of the meeting/event planner, as well as the attendees, but mostly on how to make the planners’ events easier. A lot of the platforms loaded more and more responsibility onto the planner. We focused on how to make the planners’ job easier. We focused on how to create a “stickiness” with the customer, to be a company the client wanted to do business with, and trusts to do business with, because we were able to work in the way they wanted to work.

For example, something that was lacking in a lot of platforms was the opportunity for meeting participants to engage and interact with one another and the sponsoring organization. There was no way to engage: participation was passive. We were able to elevate engagement through our various offerings such as Networking Roulette, Polling, Q&A, Trivia Contests, Games, Interactive Entertainment like Karaoke, Scavenger Hunts, and more without the participant having to click away to another platform. With our platform, organizations were able to break out of “Zoom Doom”. We were able to provide the meeting planners with additional tools to drive engagement. We were also able to achieve improved ROI for the planner: their participants paid, played, and stayed!

Achievements & Results

When 2020 started, we had zero virtual business on the books. We brought together the right team and resources to rapidly determine our customers’ needs, build a basic platform and expand on it rapidly. Since our launch in September, we have serviced over 100 virtual events, everything from small meetings with a single presentation to conventions with dozens of sessions, exhibits, and sponsors. Our clients span from Pharma, Medical, Financial, Technology to Associations, all with the common need to communicate their message. Our platform enables them to succeed.

We served a critical need when the international corporate, non-profit, educational, and medical worlds needed to pivot to continue to educate their stakeholders, to engage with their employees, to bring to market vital vaccines and drugs, to hold meetings to update their employees on healthcare guidelines, the CARES Act, keeping County School systems up and running during COVID and more. We helped our clients fulfill their legal requirements to hold annual meetings, to bring people together, and to convey the necessary training to continue to add professional certification units. Our team worked tirelessly and collaboratively to fulfill all of these clients’ needs, in only three months.
